Project: Construction of South Hanoi Wholesale Market

The Bich Hoa wholesale market project has a total investment of nearly 1,000 billion VND, covering an area of nearly 5 hectares, with 509 commercial kiosks, each 2.5 stories high, with a frontage of 4m x 6m, enclosed sanitation facilities, and 342 stalls (the central market area is 2 stories high, with a size of 2m x 3m per stall).

Notably, 10,000m² of land will be allocated for a parking lot, capable of accommodating all types of vehicles, from 0.5-ton trucks to 40-foot container trucks.

With this scale, when the project is completed and operational, it is expected to become the largest wholesale market in the northern region.

The Bich Hoa wholesale market project is expected to officially begin commercial operations in Q2-2024.
